MIAMI – Round One of the 2026 Concacaf Women’s U-17 Qualifiers continues with the fifth and final set of matches in Groups A and F on Sunday.

The teams that finish in first place in Group A and Group F will advance to the Final Round. The two teams that place second in both groups will have to wait until the conclusion of Round One on Monday to know if they are amongst the two best second-place finishers that will also secure Final Round berths.  

Group A  

Belize vs. U.S. Virgin Islands 

Belize meets the U.S. Virgin Islands in Group A at Estadio Miguel Chocorrón Buitrago in Managua, Nicaragua. 

The meeting will be the second between the nations in Women’s U-17 Qualifiers, with Belize earning a 3-nil win in 2025.

Both sides are out of contention for a spot in the Final Round and will aim to close out their participations on a positive note. 

Belize will look to bounce back after falling against the Dominican Republic in its past fixture. The U.S. Virgin Islands enter the match after earning its first win with a 2-nil shutout over Dominica.

Dominican Republic vs. Nicaragua 

The second Group A match presents a battle for first place between the Dominican Republic and hosts Nicaragua at Estadio Miguel Chocorrón Buitrago in Managua, Nicaragua. The occasion marks their first meeting in Women’s U-17 Qualifiers. 

Nicaragua is currently first in Group A with nine points, a 3-0-0 record, and a +27-goal differential. La Azul y Blanco most recently earned a convincing 12-nil win against the U.S. Virgin Islands. 

The Dominican Republic has also earned nine points with three wins but is second in the group due to goal differential. In its past match, Las Quisqueyanas defeated Belize 5-nil. 

Group F 

El Salvador vs. Trinidad and Tobago

El Salvador and Trinidad and Tobago will clash in a crucial meeting for the Group F lead at Stadion Rignaal ‘Jean’ Francisca in Willemstad, Curaçao. 

The match will be their fourth in the history of the Women’s Under-17 Qualifiers. El Salvador leads the series with two victories and one draw, while Trinidad and Tobago have earned a win. 

El Salvador, currently first in Group F with six points, will look to extend its 2-0-0 record. In its past match, La Selecta defeated group hosts Curaçao, 2-nil.

Trinidad and Tobago is second in the group with four points after recording a draw and a win in its opening fixtures. The Soca Warriors need a win to overtake El Salvador in first place and are coming off an 8-2 triumph over Barbados. 

Curaçao vs. Barbados 

Group F hosts Curaçao will meet Barbados at Stadion Rignaal ‘Jean’ Francisca in Willemstad, Curaçao. 

Curaçao enters the match in third place with one point after recording a draw and a loss. The nation will strive for a win to keep its hopes alive of securing a second-place finish.  

Barbados will aim to close out its campaign with a positive result after falling in its first two Round One matchups.
