BRADENTON, Florida.- On Thursday, Guatemala and Panama will seek to advance to the Quarterfinals of the Concacaf Under-17 Championship when they face off for the second time in history in this tournament.


The last time these two teams two played against each other was at the Concacaf U17 on May 20, 1985, with a 3-2 victory for the Canaleros in Group A of the Championship held in Mexico in 1985.


Guatemala, which has not been able to win in the U17 Championship in the last seven games (last win was over Trinidad and Tobago in 2015) will have to make an extra effort to beat Panama.
