Haiti (3-0-1, 9 points) made it three wins in a row, narrowly topping Puerto Rico 1-0 on a 41st minute goal by Tcheckvoh-Kevin-Bonel Amede. The Haitians can advance to the semifinals with a win over first-place El Salvador (3-1-0, 10 points) on Wednesday. Despite having one game left on its schedule against Antigua & Barbuda, Puerto Rico (2-0-2, 6 points) cannot progress. In Haiti’s three wins, it has conceded only a single goal.

Josue Melendez scored two goals and El Salvador (3-1-0, 10 points) remained unbeaten with a 4-1 victory over St. Vincent & the Grenadines (0-0-4, 0 points). The result keeps the Cuscatlecos one point ahead of hard-charging Haiti in advance of their meeting on Wednesday. A draw will seal the group title and a place in the semifinals for El Salvador. Juan Martinez gave the Central Americans a 1-0 lead in the 23rd minute. After the break, Melendez (43’, 49’) struck twice, before Carlos Herrera made 4-0 with six minutes left on the clock. Kaicy Peniston netted a consolation tally for St. Vincent, its second goal of the competition.

Martinique (2-1-1, 7 points) struck once in each half to top Antigua & Barbuda, 2-0. Despite the victory, Martinique was officially eliminated from semifinal contention following victories by both Haiti and El Salvador. In the 11th minute, Hedson Nattes – who tallied in Saturday’s 1-1 draw with El Salvador – opened the scoring. Bryan Mont made it 2-0 in the 54th minute with his second goal of the tournament. Both Martinique and Antigua will look to complete their participation in the inaugural CONCACAF Under-15 Championship on Wednesday, when they face St. Vincent & the Grenadines and Puerto Rico, respectively.
