After the devastation suffered in Tonga as a result of the recent volcanic eruption and tsunami, Concacaf is supporting a fundraising campaign launched by the Oceania Football Confederation to help Tongan communities who now have an enormous rebuilding task in the months ahead.
Concacaf’s digital and social media channels are promoting the OFC’s Li’oa Ma’a Tonga (‘Give your all, for Tonga’) campaign which is available through an official Givealittle webpage managed by the OFC.
Financial contributions will support the costs of essential equipment which is required by local communities, including generators, and will help fund repairs to houses which were damaged by huge waves which impacted the South Pacific after the eruption of the Hunga Tonga-Hunga Ha’apai volcanic island.
