Miami, FL — The Miami SCORES Cup, powered by Concacaf, returns to the FIU Soccer Stadium on Saturday, November 8, 2025, uniting Miami’s business community for a spirited day of soccer in support of youth development.

Now in its second year, the tournament is part of the global SCORES Cup series, a vast corporate charity soccer event. The Miami edition debuted in 2024 with 24 local companies including law firms, financial institutions, and media organizations. The event raised nearly $100,000 to fund free after-school soccer and literacy programs for students in Title I public schools.

This year, more than 30 Miami-based teams, including Concacaf, will take the field in a 7-on-7 coed tournament, combining competition and camaraderie for a meaningful cause. Each team’s participation directly supports free after-school and summer programs across Liberty City and Little Haiti, pairing soccer with poetry and service-learning to help children build confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills.

“The Miami SCORES Cup is where competition meets community impact,” said Rob Uvanovic, Executive Director of Miami SCORES Powered by Concacaf. “We’re proud to see local companies come together not only to play the game we all love, but to invest in the next generation of Miami leaders.”

Among this year’s participants is renowned Miami SCORES Ambassador Laura Biondo, a 15-time Guinness World Record-holding football freestyler. Miami SCORES’ Ambassadors, who bring global sports and entertainment expertise to the program, also include Fernando Palomo, voice of the EA Sports FC franchise, Eduardo Biscayart, Diego Arrioja, Lindsay Casinelli and Mariano Chiesa.

“At Concacaf, we believe football has the power to uplift communities and open doors for young people,” said Philippe Moggio, Concacaf General Secretary. “Our partnership with Miami SCORES connects the passion for the game with real social impact in our hometown.”

Funds raised from the 2025 Miami SCORES Cup will support coach stipends, transportation, equipment, and local youth football and literacy festivals.
