MIAMI — The Semifinals of the Central American Cup and Caribbean Cup highlight This Week in Concacaf.

Here’s what is ahead for the coming week:

2025 Concacaf Central American Cup

The 2025 Concacaf Central American Cup continues with the first leg encounters in its Semifinals and Play-In series, as clubs vie for the regional championship and the available berths in the 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup.

The four semifinalists have secured their participation in the Champions Cup as two berths remain, to be decided by the winners of the Play-In matchups.

The Play-In Round begins with CS Cartaginés against FC Motagua on Tuesday. Wednesday will see Sporting San Miguelito hosts CD Plaza Amador.

The Semifinals kick off on Wednesday when Real CD Espana hosts Club Xelajú MC. Reigning champions LD Alajuelense continue its title defense against CD Olimpia on Thursday.

2025 Concacaf Caribbean Cup

The 2025 Concacaf Caribbean Cup continues with its fifth Semifinals, as the four remaining teams strive for the regional championship and the three available berths in the 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup.

Defence Force FC and Mount Pleasant FA face off in the first leg of their series on Wednesday. O&M FC and Cibao FC will open their series on Thursday.

FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup Morocco 2025

The FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup Morocco 2025 is underway as four Concacaf teams chase their hopes of winning the tournament for the first time.

On Tuesday, Costa Rica seeks its first three points in Group A against Brazil. The United States will seek its second set of three points in Group C when it faces China PR. Mexico will close the day seeking its first victory in Group B against the Netherlands.

Canada will look to defend its standing as the first-place team in Group D against Samoa on Wednesday.

On Friday, the last round of Group Stage matches begins with USA facing Norway. Costa Rica will meet Morocco, while Mexico faces Cameroon in the afternoon slate.

Canada will face France on Saturday as the Group Stage closes and the final participants in the Round of 16 are confirmed.
