PHILADELPHIA – Panama international Miguel Camargo is expected to be on the sidelines for at least three months after suffering a non-displaced fracture of his left hip, the Federación Panameña de Fútbol announced Thursday.

The injury occurred in Wednesday’s 1-0 loss to Costa Rica in the 2017 CONCACAF Gold Cup quarterfinals, forcing the 24-year-old to leave the match in the 70th minute.

Camargo, who had a goal and two assists in four Gold Cup games, will return to his club -- New York City FC – to begin rehabilitation.
