MIAMI — CF Pachuca won its first Liga MX Femenil title to begin a month of trophies in Concacaf W.
Runners-up Club América now shift its focus entirely to the 2025 Concacaf W Champions Cup Finals later this month. Tigres UANL, Gotham FC, and Portland Thorns, the other participants, will also vie for the inaugural crown.

Liga MX Femenil: CF Pachuca wins Clausura 2025
CF Pachuca lifted the Liga MX Femenil trophy for the first time following a 3-2 victory on aggregate against Club América, to finish as champions of the Clausura 2025 season.
The Tuzas took a 3-nil victory at home last Friday in the first leg. Charlyn Corral added to a historic Golden Boot season with a brace in the first 14 minutes of the championship series. Nina Nicosia circumvented the goalkeeper for the third goal seven minutes into the second half.
Las Águilas did their best to try and turn the series around in the second leg in Mexico City. Irene Guerrero and Scarlett Camberos struck for Club América, but Pachuca would hold on to its lead and claim its first Liga MX Femenil crown.
Northern Super League: Montreal continues to lead
A weekend of draws highlighted the action in Canada’s top flight. Montreal Roses FC continues as the leader in the standings after a nil-nil draw against Halifax Tides FC.
AFC Toronto drew 1-1 with Vancouver Rise FC, while Calgary Wild FC and Ottawa Rapid FC played to a scoreless draw.
NWSL: Kansas City opens gap with Orlando
The Kansas City Current opened a two-point gap at the top of the NWSL standings with a 4-1 win against Bay FC, combined with an Orlando Pride 1-1 draw at the North Carolina Courage. Washington Spirit follows in third with a 3-2 win at Chicago Stars.
San Diego Wave FC and Portland Thorns, two opponents in the group stage of the 2024-25 Concacaf W Champions Cup, played to a 1-1 draw in Southern California. Angel City FC rose to fifth place with a 2-nil win against Utah Royals FC.
NJ/NY Gotham FC fell to seventh in the standings after a 1-nil defeat at Racing Louisville FC.
USL Super League: Carolina booked for the playoffs
The USL Super League 2024/25 season nears its conclusion, and Carolina Ascent FC has booked its place in the postseason.
The three remaining spots continue up for grabs with Tampa Bay Sun SC moving up to second place after a 3-nil win at Lexington SC and a Dallas Trinity FC 3-2 loss at DC Power FC. The Texas side fell to third in the table while Spokane Zephyr FC rounds the top four with a 2-2 draw at Brooklyn FC.
LFF Panama: Playoffs begin to crown the next champion
Panama’s Torneo Apertura 2025 has begun its playoffs to determine this season’s champion. Santa Fe FC and Mario Méndez FC await in the semifinals as the conference leaders in the regular season.
The final standings in the Regular Season pitted First Round meetings between Veraguas United FC and Chorillo FC, and UMECIT FC against Deportivo Chiriquí FC.
Chorillo took a 10-nil win at Veraguas in the first leg of their series last Saturday. Shayari Camarena stood out with four goals. The winner of the series will face Mario Méndez FC.
UMECIT took a 2-nil home victory over Deportivo Chiriquí in the first leg, with Karla Riley and Erika Hernández striking in the first half.
The second leg encounters will take place on Wednesday to set up the semifinal bouts.
