Standings

i. Group Stage: The winner and runners-up from each group will advance to the Quarterfinals.

ii. Quarterfinals: The group winners will host the 2nd leg match in the Quarterfinals.

iii. Semifinals and Play-in: The highest ranked clubs, based on total points accumulated in the Group Stage and the Quarterfinals will host the 2nd leg matches of the Semifinals and Play-in matches respectively.

iv. Finals: The highest ranked club based on total points accumulated in the competition, will host the 2nd leg Final.
