MIAMI – Reigning Liga MX champions Deportivo Toluca FC retain the lead in the latest Concacaf Club Rankings (CCR), ahead of the start of the Round of 16 in the 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup.
The Concacaf Club Rankings Index grades all clubs and leagues across the confederation. Teams gain points for results in official domestic league matches, regional cup matches, and Concacaf Champions Cup play.

Toluca keeps top spot ahead of debut in the 2026 Champions Cup
Defending Liga MX champions Deportivo Toluca FC (1,263), and reigning Concacaf Champions Cup winners Cruz Azul (1,262) continue to lead the top of the rankings as first and second, respectively. Inter Miami CF (1,254) comes in at third to round out an unchanged top three.
Vancouver Whitecaps FC and LAFC move up in the rankings after winning Round One series
After advancing to the Round of 16 of the 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup, Vancouver Whitecaps FC (1,242) moved up one spot to fourth place, while Tigres UANL (1,240) dropped one spot to fifth place.
Los Angeles FC’s (1,240) victory in its Round One series sees the club surge two spots into sixth place, with Club América (1,236) dropping down one place into seventh in the ranking.
Columbus Crew (1,225) sits in eighth place after falling one spot, followed by Seattle Sounders FC (1,220) and CF Monterrey (1,214), which retain their positions in ninth and tenth place.
LD Alajuelense continues leading the Central American Club Ranking ahead of 2026 CCC debut
Concacaf Central American Cup champions LD Alajuelense (1,176) maintained its place as the top Central American club. By winning the CAC, the club will begin the 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup in the Round of 16.
CD Olimpia (1,163) remained in second place, followed by Deportivo Saprissa (1,139) who climbed up one position into third. CS Herediano (1,136) dropped one place and is now fourth, while CSD Municipal (1,134) remains fifth to complete the top five.
Violette takes the lead as best team in the Caribbean
Violette FC (1,084) is the new ranking leader in the Caribbean, with 2025 Concacaf Caribbean Cup winners Mount Pleasant FA (1,063) falling to second place.
Cibao FC (1,051) jumps seven positions in the overall ranking and retains its spot as third best in the Caribbean. Defence Force FC (1,039) fell two places down to fourth, and SV Robinhood (1,027) dropped one position to fifth.
San Diego FC delivers biggest upset in Round One, among biggest movers
San Diego FC (1,193) was the second biggest mover of the month, moving up eight places to 18th overall after making its debut in the Champions Cup with a 4-2 win on aggregate over Liga MX’s Pumas UNAM.
Panamanian club Unión Coclé FC (1,054) was the most improved side over the past month, climbing 10 places to 88th.
