MONTREAL – Though a suspension for yellow-card accumulation forced him to miss the second leg of the 2014/15 Scotiabank CONCACAF Champions League final against eventual-champion Club America, Impact de Montreal goalkeeper Evan Bush was named the tournament’s Golden Glove winner.
The 29-year-old was critical to the Canadian side’s success, appearing in nine of its 10 games, allowing one goal or fewer on six occasions.
Bush is the first American to win an end-of-season SCCL honor.
