The first phase will consist of three groups of four teams competing in a round-robin format.  Each of the group winners will advance to the semifinals, where they will be joined by Valencia.  The Haitian side received a bye as a result of being the best performer of the three teams that participated in the 2013 Caribbean CCL qualifying tournament and also earned places in the upcoming edition.  Last year, the Vert et Rouge won Group 2 to qualify automatically for the 2013/14 CCL, while Caledonia AIA defeated Jamaica’s Portmore United (3-2 on aggregate) in a two-leg playoff to obtain the region’s last berth and Bayamon FC lost all three of its Group 2 matches.

The groups are as follows:

GROUP 1:  Centro Dominguito, Bayamon FC, Bodden Town, Unite Saint Rosienne

GROUP 2:  Mirebalais, Waterhouse, Inter Moengotapoe, Caledonia AIA

GROUP 3:  Harbour View, Alpha United, Defence Force, Notch

All group stage games will be played March 21-25 at three separate locations, while the semifinals, third place match and final are set for April 18-20 at a yet to be determined single venue.

The two finalists and the winner of the match for third place will qualify for the 2014/15 CCL.
