MONTERREY, Mexico -- Monterrey scores four second-half goals to defeat Santos 4-2 and win the 2012/13 CONCACAF Champions League (4-2 on aggregate).

The Rayados are the first team to win three-consecutive CONCACAF club titles since Cruz Azul (1969, 1970, 1971).
