CF Monterrey

CF Monterrey qualified for the 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup as the runner-up of the 2024 Liga MX Apertura, marking the club’s seventh runner-up finish. It will participate in the Champions Cup for the second consecutive edition after reaching the Round of 16 in 2025.

CF Monterrey is the only club to have won three consecutive titles since the 2008/09 season, and along with Cruz Azul, one of the only teams with three consecutive titles in the history of the tournament.
