Miami, FL – Concacaf has confirmed the schedule and venues for the 2025 Concacaf Caribbean Cup Final. The two-legged Final between Mount Pleasant FA (JAM) and O&M FC (DOM) is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 25 (first leg) at Estadio Cibao FC in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic, followed by the second leg match on Tuesday, Dec. 2 at the National Stadium in Kingston, Jamaica.
 
Mount Pleasant FA booked its place in the Caribbean Cup Final after defeating Defence Force 5-2 on aggregate in the Semifinals. The Jamaican side has been dominant throughout the tournament, conceding just two goals across six matches. Their Group Stage performance was particularly impressive, remaining unbeaten while posting four consecutive clean sheets.
 
O&M FC advanced to the Caribbean Cup Final for the first time in the club’s history after edging Cibao FC 2–1 on aggregate in the Semifinals. The Dominican side finished as Group A runners-up, tallying six goals in the Group Stage. Forward Herard Frantzety played a key role, scoring in both legs of the Semifinal, helping O&M FC reach the Final in the team’s tournament debut.
 
The two losing Semifinalists, Cibao FC (DOM) and Defence Force FC (TRI), have advanced to the Third-Place Series to determine the third Caribbean club to participate in the 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup. These matches are scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 25 (first leg) at Hasely Crawford Stadium, Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago, and Tuesday, Dec. 2 (second leg) at the Estadio Cibao FC, Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.

According to the competition regulations, to determine the host for the second legs, Concacaf ranks clubs by total points accumulated in the competition, with the highest-ranked club hosting the decisive second leg. After the Semifinals results, the rankings are as follows (also available here):

The winner of this annual competition will be crowned as the Caribbean Cup champion and will secure a bye to the 2026 Champions Cup Round of 16. The runner-up and third-place finishers will also qualify for next year's Champions Cup and begin play in Round One. 

The 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup – the 61st edition of the competition – has already seen some of the region's top teams secure their places. The competition will kick off in February with Round One, followed by the Round of 16 in March, the Quarterfinals in April, the Semifinals spanning April and May, and culminating in the single-leg Final on Saturday, May 30.
