MIAMI – The 2025 Concacaf Caribbean Cup continues with Cibao FC hosting Defence Force FC in the Second Leg of their Third Place series on Tuesday at Estadio Cibao FC in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.

Defence Force FC enters with a 3-nil advantage on aggregate winning 3-nil in the First Leg. The Trinidadian side had three different scorers in that match, and goalkeeper Isaiah Williams was crucial with eight saves to secure the clean sheet.

Cibao FC, runners-up in last year’s tournament, will turn to Caribbean Cup all-time leading scorer Rivaldo Correa to ignite the offense.

This will be the third encounter between the teams in this year’s edition of the tournament. Defence Force’s Kevin Molino has scored in both of the prior matches.

The winner on aggregate will book their place in the 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup. If the teams are tied on aggregate, away goals will be the first tiebreaker. If necessary, extra time and a penalty shootout will be played to decide the winner.
