MIAMI – The 2025 Concacaf Caribbean Cup continues with Central FC hosting Mount Pleasant FA in Group A on Tuesday at Hasely Crawford Stadium in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.
It will be the first time the teams face each other in the Caribbean Cup.
Central FC is coming off its first-ever win in Caribbean Cup history, a 2-nil shutout over Moca FC to snap a two-match winless skid. The club will play against Jamaican opposition for the sixth time, winning once, drawing once, and losing three times.
Mount Pleasant has only faced Trinidadian opposition once prior to this match, playing to a scoreless draw in 2004 against Police FC. Mount Pleasant has recorded six points through two matches, and has yet to concede a goal in this year’s edition. Daniel Green had a brace in the club’s last game as the offense looks to keep rolling in a pivotal tilt in Group A.
