MIAMI – The 2025 Concacaf Caribbean Cup continues with Central FC hosting Moca FC in Group A on Tuesday at Hasely Crawford Stadium in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.

It will be the first meeting ever between the two clubs. Both are seeking points to climb the standings.

Central FC is coming off a 2-2 draw at SV Robinhood, while Moca FC suffered a 2-nil home defeat to Mount Pleasant FA.

This will be Central FC’s third game against a Dominican club in official competition. They previously lost to Cibao FC (1-nil in 2017) and defeated Atlántico FC (1-nil in 2018).

Moca FC is undefeated against clubs from Trinidad and Tobago, with three wins in as many matches, but is on a five-game winless run in the Caribbean Cup – the longest for any Dominican club in tournament history (1 draw, 4 losses).

Historical Series

Central FC and Moca FC will meet for the first time in the Concacaf Caribbean Cup and in their history.

How did Central FC and Moca FC perform in Week 2?

Central FC earned a 2-2 draw away at SV Robinhood in Group A on August 26. It was their first-ever draw in the competition.

Isaiah Lee scored his first Caribbean Cup goal for Central FC, while Joevin Jones netted his second career goal in the tournament—his first for Central FC, having previously scored for Police FC against Arnett Gardens in 2024.

Moca FC, on the other hand, suffered a 2-0 home defeat to Mount Pleasant FC and extended their winless streak in the Caribbean Cup to five matches (1 draw, 4 losses)—the longest such streak by a Dominican club in the competition. With this result, Moca FC has now gone three straight home games without a win (1 draw, 2 losses).
