U.S. U20s head to Honduras

CHICAGO – United States under-20 national team head coach Tab Ramos will take 20 players to Honduras for a training camp from December 15-22 that includes a pair of friendlies against the host nation. 

The roster consists of four players from Mexico’s Club Tijuana, highlighted by the presence of forward Paul Arriola.  The 19-year-old has played in 25 Liga MX games and has scored two goals in five CONCACAF Champions League outings.

The Americans and Honduras will meet on December 18 and 21 at the Estadio Francisco Morazan in San Pedro Sula.  Both sides are preparing for the 2015 CONCACAF Under-20 Championship, which will be played January 9-24, in Jamaica.

The U.S. has posted a 4W-2D-1L record in international play thus far this year.
