Haiti will be playing in their third CMOQ by virtue of their first-place finish in Group C of the Caribbean qualifying phase of the 2020 CMOQ, in which they defeated Grenada 2-0 and drew Cayman Islands 2-2.

In their CMOQ history against Group B opponents Canada, Honduras and El Salvador, Haiti have a 1W-0D-1L record, having defeated Canada 2-1 at USA 2008, while losing to Honduras 1-0 at USA 2015.
