Concacaf Media Hub

The Concacaf Media Hub (previously known as Media Center) is a password-protected platform built to provide registered media members with the latest information, services, and accreditation for Concacaf tournaments and events.

Before, during, and after competitions, media members can access information not available on Concacaf.com, including team calendars (training sessions and official media activities), media galleries (photos and videos), and virtual media availability links.

As part of the transition into this new platform (from Media Center to Media Hub), Concacaf has imported previously approved profiles, but users will need to follow the next steps to access their accounts:

  1. Visit media.concacaf.com.
  2. Enter your email address and click on "Forgot your password" (all passwords must be reset)
  3. Validate your email (the system may require this step twice)

Once you have successfully reset your password, you will need to follow the next steps to update your profile:

  1. Visit media.concacaf.com
  2. Confirm your nationality, organization, and role, and agree to the Concacaf terms and privacy policy (all fields are required). Please note that if your organization has changed or is not listed, you may add it, but your profile will need to be reviewed by Concacaf Media.
  3. Click on submit

Once you have successfully updated your profile and received an approval email, please visit media.concacaf.com and login using your email and new password.

New users can register by visiting media.concacaf.com and clicking on “Sign up now”.

If you have any questions regarding this process, please contact mediahub@concacaf.org

Love for our game

We’re the confederation where football comes first, raising our own game each time we take the field.
