Our Confederation is governed by the Concacaf Council [up to 15 members, President, Three vice-presidents, three Member Associations Members, up to three Independent Members, four Concacaf representatives to the FIFA Council (including the female member to the FIFA Council), one specifically-designated female member (there is no limit to how many members can be female]. In addition, the General Secretary, as the chief executive officer of Concacaf, is appointed by the Concacaf Council, not the President.
