Position Title: Translator/Interpreter
Position based in: CONCACAF Headquarters - Miami Beach, FL
CONCACAF is seeking an in-house, full time trilingual English/Spanish/French translator and interpreter. This position requires a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in English, Spanish and French, and two to three years of documented professional translation and interpretation experience. Recent experience working as a full-time translator for an agency, company, or as an independent contractor preferred.
The incumbent would assist with the following duties:
- Provide translation of documents, publications, letters, presentations, press releases, etc.
- Interpret simultaneously from English to French or Spanish and vice versa for small to large audiences
- Support all departments within CONCACAF in an administrative capacity when needed
He/she must have an excellent command of all three languages listed with exceptional grammar skills. Solid experience interpreting simultaneously to large audiences using microphones and headsets is a plus. Knowledge of soccer is a plus.
Salary: commensurate with experience
