ORLANDO, Florida -- Orlando City SC announced Friday that it has loaned Honduras international Bryan Rochez to Real España, the club from which he joined the Major League Soccer side in December 2014.
The forward has spent the 2016 season with Orlando City B in the United Soccer League (USL), netting two goals in 10 games.
Rochez made 16 appearances for the Lions in 2015 and scored all three of his goals in consecutive games last September. He was transferred to Orlando City after striking for 29 goals in 59 appearances for Real España in the Honduran First Division from 2012-2014. In three career Scotiabank CONCACAF Champions League outings, the 21-year-old tallied once (1-1 draw with Municipal on August 21, 2014).
With Honduras, Rochez scored seven goals in qualifying for the 2015 FIFA U-20 World Cup (3 in Central American qualifying, 4 in the 2015 CONCACAF Under-20 Championship). At the FIFA event, he struck for another two in a 4-3 win over Uzbekistan.
Rochez earned the first of his six caps in a 2-0 win over Belize in the Central American Cup on September 3, 2014.
