After losing all three games in 2010, Panama returns to the CONCACAF U-17 Women's Championship. The team's offense relies on a pair of 14-year-old forwards, Karla Riley and Marta Cox, who combined for seven of the team's 11 goals to lead Panama to four wins in as many games in Central American qualifying. The two and four of their teammates that qualified for Panama for the CONCACAF finals also played for "Los Canaleros" in the confederation U-20 championship in March.
