QUERETARO, Mexico - Jorman Aguilar scored for a second time in as many games but Panama surrendered a pair of second-half goals - the last in the 82nd minute -- and Ecuador rallied for a 2-1 win Thursday at the Under-17 World Cup.

The result left Panama in second place in Group E with three points, three behind Germany and ahead of Ecuador on goal difference. Panama will face Germany in its group finale on Sunday, while Ecuador will play Burkina Faso.

Aguilar, whose goal put Panama past Burkina Faso in its U-17 World Cup debut, gave "Los Canaleros" the lead in the 33rd with a 25-meter free kick around a two-man wall.

Panama's fortunes turned when Omar Browne was sent off in the 51st minute for a late foul tackle of Jose Cevallos, and Ecuador equalized 10 minutes later when Jordan Jaime outleapt marker Roberto Chen to driver a header past Panama keeper Ivan Picart.

Ecuador controlled the play the rest of the way and converted the winner when Cevallos struck Joel Valencia's cross first time with eight minutes remaining.
