Mexico, the 2005 U-17 world champion, will play in Morelia and Monterrey, while reigning CONCACAF champion the United States was placed in Group D in Torreon and Pachuca with the Czech Republic, Uzbekistan and New Zealand.
CONCACAF runner-up Canada was joined with Uruguay, Rwanda and England in Group C in Pachuca and Torreon, while Jamaica was put in Group B in Monterrey and Morelia with Japan, France and Argentina.
First-time qualifier Panama was placed in Group E in Queretaro and Guadalajara with Burkina Faso, Germany and Ecuador for the Jun 18-July 10 event.
