|  Cruz Azul, Pachuca to face off for title
Cruz Azul and Pachuca will square off in a Mexican grudge match to determine the winner of the CONCACAF Champions League.
The first leg of the finals is set for Wednesday, April 21, in Cruz Azul's Estadio Azul, with the second leg a week later at Pachuca's Estadio Hidalgo.
Cruz Azul overcame a 1-0 setback in the opening leg to rout Pumas 5-0 on April 6 to claim its semifinal victory and earn a second straight trip to the title series. A day later, Pachuca held on to win 1-0 after a fifth-minute goal, prevailing 2-1 on aggregate.

Half of the second round of the CFU Club Champions Cup was set to begin Tuesday, while the other half have been postponed due to difficulties obtaining visas by Haiti's two remaining clubs.
Group C and D were to begin play in Marabella, Trinidad, with Joe Public taking on Walking Boys of Suriname while San Juan Jabloteh faced Alpha United of Guyana. Both groups will conclude on Saturday at Malabar, Trinidad.
Groups A and B, set for Bayamon, Puerto Rico, had to be deferred because of delays obtaining U.S. visas by Haitian clubs Tempete and Racing Gonaives. Games involving the two clubs, the Puerto Rico Islanders and Leo Victor of Suriname are to be rescheduled.
The third and final stage comprising of the four second-round group winners will be played April 28-May 10 with the top three teams qualifying for the Preliminary Round of next season's CONCACAF Champions League.

 Antigua wins lottery to reach to the second round of Women's Gold Cup qualifying
Antigua and Barbuda won a drawing of lots with the Dominican Republic on Wednesday and will advance to the second round of Caribbean Women's Gold Cup qualifying, joining Haiti, Puerto Rico and host Cuba in Group G.
The two countries were forced into a draw after they finished tied for the best second-placed team among the five first-round groups, both finishing with three points, a goal difference of plus-1 - with four goals scored and three allowed. Because of travel difficulties for Barbados and Haiti within the Caribbean, the CFU has reconfigured the groups and schedule that was previously announced.
Antigua and Haiti will play in Group G in Cuba alongside the host and Puerto Rico. Additionally, St. Lucia and Barbados were moved to Group F and now will play against Trinidad and Guyana in Trinidad.
Both groups will be played simultaneously May 10-14.

 Costa Rica wins first leg against Nicaragua
Costa Rica defeated Nicaragua 6-1 on Sunday in Cartago, Costa Rica, to grab a significant lead in the playoff for the fourth and final Central American berth in the Central American and Caribbean Games (CAC Games).
Diego Madrigal had three goals for the Ticos. The second leg will be played Sunday in Managua.
The winner of the two-leg series will join El Salvador, Panama and Belize in the eight-team CAC Games tournament.
