MIAMI -- The CONCACAF Competitions Department, spearheaded by Horace Reid - the newly appointed Director of Competitions -- held its inaugural workshop earlier this week.

The two-day internal event, which kicked-off with a welcome message from CONCACAF General Secretary, Enrique Sanz, included the participation of UNCAF General Secretary, Mario Monterrosa, as well as CONCACAF Marketing and TV Director, Manolo Zubiria.

The group of account managers discussed a variety of items, including Operations, Communications, and Regulations, plus Competition format and structures, in addition to others.

For the topic of Refereeing Matters, the workshop was attended by Brian Hall, CONCACAF Director of Referee Administration, and CONCACAF Referee Committee member, Carlos Batres.
