A multi-talented servant of the Confederation, Hiram Sosa Lopez worked as Treasurer of CONCACAF from 1961 to 1965, before holding the offices of Vice-President from 1965 to 1968, Second Vice-President from 1968 to 1972, First Vice-President from 1972 to 1976 and finally Vice-President for Central America on the CONCACAF Executive Committee from 1976 until 1980.
