SAN JOSE, Costa Rica - The fifth-place match and two semifinal encounters comprise another 2013 UNCAF Copa Centroamericana triple-header day on Friday at the Estadio Nacional in San Jose, Costa Rica.

The Copa Centroamericana is the biennial Central American championship for national teams, which also combines as a qualifying tournament for this year's CONCACAF Gold Cup. The semifinalists - Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador and Honduras - have already punched their tickets to the confederation competition in the United States, July 7-28.

The region's final representative will be decided, when Guatemala squares off against Panama in the match for fifth place. That meeting will be followed by a pair of semifinal duals.
