CHICAGO -- CONCACAF President, Jeffrey Webb, welcomed VIP guests and delegates from the 12 teams participating in the 2013 CONCACAF Gold Cup, during a dinner in Chicago on Tuesday. The official groups and schedule for the confederation's premier event will be announced on Wednesday at Soldier Field.  CONCACAF is conducting a Gold Cup workshop in advance of the biennial tournament, which will be played July 7-28 in 13 venues across the United States.
