SAN JOSE, Costa Rica -- CONCACAF Hall of Fame member Julio Moya died Monday, his daughter Maria said. He was 86.

Moya was the president of the CONCACAF and UNCAF referees committees and a member of the FIFA referees committee as well a referee instructor.
