Bermuda split a pair of friendlies against visiting St. Kitts & Nevis at the National Sports Centre in Hamilton over the weekend.

Jevon Francis and Ian Lake scored for St. Kitts & Nevis in the 2:1 victory in the first encounter on Friday, 14 December. Two days later (Sunday), Aljame Zuill notched three goals, while Sammy Degraff added another as Bermuda took the second match by a score of 4:2.

The win on Sunday also ended the Gombey Warriors' seven-game losing streak and it was their first victory on home-soil in over three years.

Bermuda and St. Kitts & Nevis are in preparations for the CONCACAF qualifiers to the FIFA World Cup™ South Africa 2010 with the first round elimination round set for February of next year.
