TEGUCIGALPA, Honduras - Adam Moffat scored his third goal of the season and a 10-man Houston held on for a 1-1 draw with Olimpia that kept both teams tied atop Group 3 in the CONCACAF Champions League.

The result left both with four points after two games, but Olimpia must play its last two matches away from home while the Dynamo will play its final two matches in Houston at BBVA Compass Stadium. Salvadoran club FAS is last in the group with zero points.

Moffatt equalized in the 57th minute off a cross from Nathan Sturgis, but five minutes later Mexican referee Marco Rodriguez ejected Sturgis for a knocking over Ramiro Bruschi from behind.

Brazilian Douglas Caetano put Olimpia ahead in the seventh minute, diving at the near post to get to Irvin Reyna's corner and loop a backward header over Houston keeper Tyler Deric into the far-side netting.

Houston, which used only three starters from Saturday's 1-1 draw with Toronto, would hold more possession in the first half, but Olimpia would have the better chances until Moffat's goal.

Bruschi twice found space along the right side, forcing Deric off his line and a positional block in the 24th and again in the 29th that the Houston keeper had to slap away and Moffat had to clear over the line.

Cam Weaver had Houston's best chance in the 28th, settling a ball at the six, but shooting high with Olimpia keeper Noel Valladares helpless.

Olimpia again had a chance to double the lead in the 52nd with Tyler denying Javier Portillo, and Sebastian Rosano's follow-up on the rebound knocked wide by Andre Hainault at the right post.

Houston equalized when Sturgis' corner was cleared to outside the penalty area, and the 25-year-old American simply played it back in front, where Moffat headed it at the six past Valladares.

Olimpia had one last chance to equalize in the second minute of injury time when Carlos Will Mejia sprinted down the right and sent a low cross into the area, wehre Juan Ramon Ramirez got a touch that sent it off the left post.

The result extended Houston's unbeaten streak to four in all competitions, and, after managing only four points in eight away Champions League matches, gave it four points from its last two.

Conversely, it was a fourth straight draw for Olimpia, and fifth in six games. It was only the second time in eight home matches in the Champions League that it was denied a victory.

The match was a homecoming for 27-year-old Houston forward Oscar Boniek Garcia, who returned to face the club he played for eight years in two different stints.
