SAN SALVADOR, El Salvador - Fresh off a third-place finish at the UNCAF Copa Centroamericana, El Salvador named its roster on Friday for a February 6 friendly at Paraguay.

The Cuscatlecos defeated Belize 1-0 last Sunday in San Jose, Costa Rica, to equal their best-ever finish in the biennial Central American championship. Nelson Bonilla, who scored the game's only goal in the 50th minute, was selected for head coach Agustin Castillo's 19-man squad.

Also included on the traveling list is Osael Romero, El Salvador's top scorer in 2014 World Cup Qualifying with six goals. The 26-year-old did not participate in the UNCAF event and recently joined Alianza after a stint with Aguila.

The team will gather at the Albergue del Futbolista on Sunday evening, before leaving for Asuncion the following day.

Paraguay has four wins in four all-time games against El Salvador. They last met on August 17, 2005, a 3-0 win for the South Americans.
