The CONCACAF Competitions Group of Committees shall consist of a Chairman, a Vice Chairman and seven Members, each of whom shall be the Chairman of one of the seven specific Committees for:

• National Team Championships
• Club Championships
• Youth Championships
• Women's Championships
• Associated Competitions
• Beach Soccer
• Five-a-Side Football

The Group shall be responsible for review and supervision of matters within its areas of expertise and will determine the priorities of discussion and activities for each of the specific Committees.

The Group shall have the following responsibilities:

• The review and supervision of all championships which are under the direct control of CONCACAF or which CONCACAF teams take part, excepting the final tournaments of FIFA Championships;
  
  
• To be available for assignment to CONCACAF Competitions to serve as Commissioner or in any such capacity as may be required;
  
  
• To review and make any recommendations in regard to the CONCACAF Operations Manual and be the oversight body of the CONCACAF Operation Group which will consist of the working personnel on each such event;
  
  
• To review and make any necessary recommendations for the future growth of CONCACAF Competitions, together with recommendations regarding operations, format, venues, and other such policy matters.

The Chairman will report to the Executive Committee.

National Team Championships Committee

The Committee shall be responsible for the supervision and review of the CONCACAF Gold Cup and its qualifying tournaments, the CFU Copa Caribe and the UNCAF Nations Cup; and the World Cup qualifying tournament.

The Committee shall review and make any recommendations in regard to the CONCACAF Operations Manual and be the oversight body of the CONCACAF Operating Group which will consist of the working personnel on each such event; and review and make any necessary recommendations for the future growth of CONCACAF Competitions, together with recommendations regarding operations, format, venues, and other such policy matters.

Club Championships Committee

The Committee shall be responsible for the supervision and review of the qualifying stages of the Champions Cup, including CFU and UNCAF Club Championships; any other club championships which may be approved as official Confederations championships from time to time;

And shall review and make any recommendations in regard to the CONCACAF Operations Manual and shall be the oversight body of the CONCACAF Operating Group which will consist of the working personnel on each such event; review and make any necessary recommendations for the future growth of CONCACAF Competitions, together with recommendations regarding operations, format, venues, and other such policy matters;

Youth Committee

The Committee shall be responsible to supervise and review the organization of, the CONCACAF Under-17 Tournament and its qualifying rounds; the CONCACAF Under-20 Tournament and its qualifying rounds;

And shall review and make any recommendations in regard to the CONCACAF Operations Manual and shall be the oversight body of the CONCACAF Operating Group which will consist of the working personnel on each such event; review and make any necessary recommendations for the future growth of CONCACAF Competitions, together with recommendations regarding operations, format, venues, and other such policy matters;

The Committee shall also examine ways in which to improve the growth and standards of youth football and to make appropriate recommendations.

Committee for Women's Football

The Committee shall be responsible for the supervision and review of the CONCACAF Women's Tournament, and to deal with all matters regarding women's football;

And shall review and make any recommendations in regard to the CONCACAF Operations Manual and shall be the oversight body of the CONCACAF Operating Group which will consist of the working personnel on each such event; review and make any necessary recommendations for the future growth of CONCACAF Competitions, together with recommendations regarding operations, format, venues, and other such policy matters.

The Committee shall also examine ways in which to improve the growth and standards of women's football.

Associated Competitions Committee

The Committee shall be responsible for the supervision and review of the Olympic Football Tournament and the Pan Am Games in accordance with the special regulations governing both competitions; the review and guidance as required of CONCACAF teams' participation in other official competitions not directly under CONCACAF control, e.g., Copa America, Copa Libertadores, CAC Games, Merconorte Cup;

Additionally, the Committee may co-opt the Chairman of the Women's Football Committee when matter regarding women's football or the Olympic and Pan American Games are under review.

Five-a-Side Committee

The Committee shall be responsible for the supervision and review of any CONCACAF Five-a-Side Tournament.

Beach Soccer Committee

The Committee shall be responsible for the supervision and review of any CONCACAF Beach Soccer Tournament.
