TEGUCIGALPA, Honduras - Foreign-based Maynor Figueroa of England's Wigan and Roger Espinoza of Sporting Kansas City were selected as overage supplemental players for Honduras' Olympic team on Thursday.

Manager Luis Fernando Suarez also selected Motagua's 25-year-old forward Jerry Bengtson as part of a 22-player roster, which will be trimmed by four players prior to Honduras' first match in the London Games against Morocco on July 26.

Besides Espinoza and Figueroa, the team is drawn nearly entirely from Honduran clubs except forward Anthony Lozano of second-division Spanish side Alcoyano and Andy Najar of D.C. United of the United States.

Gerson Rodas of Real Espana, whose two extra time goals lifted Honduras over El Salvador in the semifinals of the CONCACAF Olympic qualifying tournament and qualified "Los Catrachos" for London, was not selected due to his recovery from surgery to his left knee to repair a torn ligament.
