    Mexico opens U-20 campaign Tuesday

    PUEBLA, Mexico - After two tightly contested games to open the 2013 CONCACAF Under-20 Championship, the competition continues Tuesday with a doubleheader at the Estadio Cuauhtemoc in Puebla. The nightcap features Mexico -- the defending champion and host.

    Group C
    Puerto Rico v Jamaica, 6:30 p.m. ET

    Group D
    Mexico v Curacao, 9:00 p.m. ET

    The top two teams from each group advance to the quarterfinals, the winners of which will progress to the competition's semifinals and qualify for the 2013 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Turkey.

    The 12-team event runs through March 3.
