    Japan tops Guatemala in friendly

    OSAKA, Japan – Japan scored all its goals in the second half to defeat visiting Guatemala 3-0 in an international friendly on Friday at Nagai Stadium.

    CSKA Moscow’s Keisuke Honda gave the host a 1-0 lead in 50th minute after entering the game at the start of the second half.

    Masato Kudo, another substitute, made it 2-0 in the 69th minute, while Yasuhito Endo completed the scoreline seven minutes later with a free kick.

    Guatemala remains winless in 2013 with a record of four draws and seven losses in 11 games.
