    Four added to U.S. roster for Mexico WCQ

    CHICAGO – Head coach Jurgen Klinsmann added four players to the United States roster on Saturday for the upcoming World Cup Qualifier against Mexico.

     Midfielders Joe Corona (Club Tijuana), Brad Davis (Houston Dynamo) and Jose Francisco Torres (Tigres), plus defender Clarence Goodson (San Jose Earthquakes), will all join what is now a 22-man U.S. squad in Columbus, Ohio, prior to the September 10 encounter.

     The additions come after Jozy Altidore, Matt Besler and Geoff Cameron picked up yellow card cautions in the USA's 3-1 loss at Costa Rica on Friday, forcing them to serve a one-match suspension.

     Roma’s Michael Bradley has also been ruled out after suffering a left ankle sprain, while Hertha Berlin defender John Brooks has been released back to his club.
