MIAMI – CONCACAF and Beach Soccer Worldwide (BSWW) conducted Thursday the draw for the quarterfinal matchups of the 2017 CONCACAF Beach Soccer Championship at the Malcom Park Beach Soccer Facility in Nassau, Bahamas.

For the draw, the eight qualified Participating Member Associations were divided into two pots.  The four group winners – Bahamas, Mexico, United States and El Salvador -- were placed in pot 1, while the four second place teams – Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Trinidad & Tobago, Panama – were placed in Pot 2.

The draw started by selecting a team from pot 1 to determine Team A of match 29, followed by a team from pot 2, to determine Team B of the same match.  The process continued until the four quarterfinal matchups (matches 30, 31 and 32) were completed.

Additionally, kickoff times for all of Friday's matches have been shifted, with Match 25 beginning at 12:30 pm local time to begin the match day.  Host Bahamas will close the day when it plays its quarterfinal match beginning at 9:15 pm local time.

For the semifinals, the winner of match 29 will face the winner match 30, while the winner of match 31 will play against the winner of match 32.  The order in which the matches will be played will not affect the semifinal pairing.

The champion and the runner-up of the competition will join host Bahamas as the three CONCACAF representatives in the 2017 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup.  In case Bahamas (host of the World Cup) and/or Guadeloupe (Non-FIFA Member) reach the final match, the World Cup spot(s) will be allocated to the next best placed team(s).

In an effort to further develop Beach Soccer, all of the sixteen participating Member Associations will continue participating in the completion, until the last match date, for final tournament placement.

All matches will be broadcast live in Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean, via the CONCACAF Facebook page. For the United States, matches will be live either on Univision Deportes Network (UDN) or the CONCACAF Facebook page. In Central America fans may watch the matches on their local cable rights partners.
