PANAMA CITY, Panama -- Due to the suspension of Roman Torres for yellow card accumulation, Panama head coach Julio Dely Valdes has called in defender Eduardo Dasent for Tuesday’s World Cup Qualifying match at Honduras.

Dasent, 24, has appeared in five qualifiers for Brazil 2014, but none since a 1-1 third-round draw at Cuba on October 16, 2012.

Torres was issued a caution during Friday’s 0-0 draw with Jamaica.  He previously received a yellow against Mexico on June 7, also at the Estadio Rommel Fernandez.
