    Alajuelense returns from Mexico preseason tour

    ALAJUELA, Costa Rica – Alajuelense returned to Costa Rica on Monday evening following a three-game tour of Mexico that saw it post a win and a draw against three-time CONCACAF Champions League (CCL) winner Monterrey, while falling to Correcaminos in between those encounters.

    The Manudos are preparing for the start of the 2014 Invierno and 2014/15 CCL seasons.  They will return to action in a Copa Popular match on Wednesday at Guanacasteca.
